Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist with fluency in Swedish to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls and inquiries via chat, providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues related to reservations, returns, or complaints, and collaborating with other team members to improve customer service.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat in Swedish
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding our services
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience
- Fluent Swedish and English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service would be an asset
- Employment based on an employment contract
- Competitive salary: PLN 9,750 gross per month
- Hybrid work model in Warsaw
