Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is between PLN 9,500 and PLN 11,000 gross per month, depending on language skills. Additionally, you'll enjoy a hybrid work model in Warsaw, private medical care package, Medicover Sport card, team building events, life insurance, and participation in ongoing training.
Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly motivated Scandinavian Airline Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be handling incoming calls and inquiries via chat in one of the Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish). Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues related to reservations, returns, or complaints. You'll also need to provide accurate and timely information regarding our services, as well as collaborate with other team members to improve customer service.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Fluent Swedish/Norwegian/Danish/Finnish and English (B2)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service would be an asset
