We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team in our Warsaw office. This is a permanent position offering an attractive salary of approximately €25,000 - €35,000 per annum.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support via telephone, email, and chat to our customers across Europe. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting finance, ground operation, airports, call centres, and other departments to ensure smooth running of Ryanair operations
  • Ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to and providing feedback to relevant teams
  • Liaising with Ground Operations/Training Department regarding airport issues
  • Monitoring delays and issuing refreshment vouchers
  • Notifying passengers of delays, cancellations, and diversions via DOT and email
  • Creating and editing pre-departure communications to be sent out to customers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in an airline or airport setting (advantageous)
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (knowledge of a second European language is beneficial)
  • A flexible approach with ability to remain diplomatic and tactful under pressure
  • Natural problem-solving skills and proactive approach to dealing with errors/complaints
  • High level of interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel) and knowledge of Newskies/Operations/Sky Speed/Go Now (advantageous)
