Customer Service Representative with Italian Support

Your role in our company, Unique People Sp. z o.o., involves providing exceptional customer service to passengers in their native language.

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team and support our customers in Italian, as well as have the ability to communicate with Polish speaking colleagues and clients when necessary.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and email correspondence in Italian, providing accurate information about flights schedules, and assisting with schedule changes or other airline-related issues.

You will also be required to work under pressure, think critically, and come up with solutions to resolve customer complaints.

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately 25-30 PLN per hour, depending on experience, plus a commission-based system that rewards high-performing team members.
