About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.

As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, assisting with their travel needs, and resolving any issues that may arise.

You will work closely with our dynamic team to deliver top-notch service, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience when interacting with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling Inbound Calls and Chats: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized service in Danish.
  • Flight Booking Assistance: Offer guidance on flight products, prices, fares, and online services.
  • Reservation Management: Manage reservations, changes in time, destination, or personal details.
  • Special Service Requests: Process requests for wheelchair assistance, travel with pets, and other special services.
  • Ticket Cancellations and Refunds: Assist customers with cancellations and refunds, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ticket Purchases and Payment Methods: Facilitate ticket purchases and manage various payment methods.
  • Travel Difficulties and Disruptions: Provide support for customers facing travel challenges or disruptions.
Working Conditions
  • Full-Time Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 07:00-19:00, with weekend shifts twice a month.
  • Office Location: Aleja Solidarności 171, 00-877 Warsaw, SPARK B office building.
  • Work Model: On-site, with potential for hybrid work model after 3-6 months (50% on-site, 50% remote).
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Danish Proficiency: C1 level, both spoken and written.
  • English Proficiency: B2 level, both spoken and written.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent skills in MS Office, web browsers, and general computer tasks.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude when interacting with customers and team members.
