At N-iX, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the United States and Europe. As a Level2 Support Engineer, you will be working with our support, customer success, and engineering teams to troubleshoot complex customer issues.

The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with our support, customer success, and engineering teams to troubleshoot complex customer issues
  • Helping reproduce bugs or configuration problems on production systems and finding solutions either by yourself or working with engineers in the product team
  • Fixing complex problems by analyzing logs, debugging the application, and reviewing configurations and source code
  • Being involved in identifying issues in the product and fixing bugs, working closely with the product development team
  • Developing automations or plugins using our APIs or helping customers with the implementation of such tools

You will be the interface between our customers and our product organization, gaining a thorough understanding of our customer needs and the way they use our tools.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as an engineer with a strong interest in customer workflows and software development
  • Experience with JavaScript/Typescript (jQuery), Java, SQL, Bash, PowerShell, and being able to understand a complex codebase
  • Experience working on Linux systems and being comfortable with the command line
  • A passion for working with customers on real-world problems, and ideally some experience with medical device development
  • Fluency in English; other languages are always a bonus

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on your location and experience, along with a good compensation package.
