We are seeking an experienced Global Digital Transformation Applications Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic digital initiatives, unlocking growth opportunities, and shaping the company's transformation.
Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing the IT capability within the practice area to plan and build IT solutions resulting from Business or Functions demands. You will lead one or more projects/programs and act as a single point of contact (SPOC) towards IT and Business Unit for these transformational projects/programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a digital culture, identify & lead strategic initiatives across the digital ecosystem.
- Develop and manage high-impact digital portfolios for respective BU/Functions, prioritize projects, track progress towards goals.
- Spearhead successful implementation, ensure timely delivery and drive tangible business value.
- Translate complex technology into clear business value, secure buy-in from business stakeholders.
- Execute the given strategy.
- Instruct and guide Project Managers / Program Managers with their respective objectives.
- Guide strategic organizational development.
- Ensure that project/programs are properly organized, staffed, and skilled.
- Lead several multinational teams associated with the provision of services to a particular BU.
- Responsible for strategy and operations of their respective department, HR management of their teams, and budgets associated with their department.
- Implement agile development setups.
- Establish stable end-to-end service delivery for globally used applications according to ITIL4.
About You:
- 10+ years profound experience in IT technology and Applications Development Management.
- 5+ years of experience in large global corporations.
- 10+ years in managing third-party providers on a global scale.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology preferred.
