We are currently seeking an experienced IT Security Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and developing IT security architecture, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

The selected individual will be responsible for:

  • Designing and maintaining IT security architecture, including strategies for securing applications, systems, and networks.
  • Implementing security systems such as SIEM, DLP, IDS/IPS, and conducting risk assessments to identify threats and vulnerabilities within the IT environment.
  • Providing advisory and technical support to IT and business teams regarding information security and evaluating vendors to support risk management processes within the supply chain.
  • Collaborating with audit and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, such as DORA, GDPR, SWIFT CSCF, and PCI DSS.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security, including at least 1 year as a security architect.
  • Knowledge of regulations and standards such as ISO 27001, TOGAF, COBIT, and NIST.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (we use GCP) and network security concepts (VPN, IDS/IPS, encryption, network segmentation, security monitoring).
  • Experience working in regulated environments, such as financial institutions, and industry certifications are an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in spoken and written English and Polish.
