**Job Description:**

We are looking for a skilled Business Performance Manager to join our team. As a Business Performance Manager, you will be responsible for managing financial processes, analyzing data, and developing strategies to improve business performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You will work closely with department heads to optimize financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring optimal resource allocation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management: Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency.
  • Business Partnering: Act as a strategic partner to department heads, providing financial analysis to support decision-making and achievement of business objectives.
  • Reporting and Monitoring: Prepare financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management, monitor key business metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration with Operational Teams: Support the implementation of revenue-enhancing strategies, process improvements, and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
