Your Job

As a Learning and Development Junior Manager, you will be part of a global team that transforms and manages businesses by harnessing the power of technology. Your role will involve managing the coordination of training calendars and learning programs globally, overseeing logistics, and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

You will lead a small team and be accountable for timely and accurate processing of end-to-end training management.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Timely and accurate processing of end-to-end training management.
  2. Working with stakeholders to gather and finalize commitments to meet contractual thresholds.
  3. Maintaining day-to-day L&D administration of implemented contracts (reporting, resolving minor issues, re-directing queries to proper sources, etc.).
  4. Regular communication with stakeholders and building relationships for future delivery.
  5. Developing, mentoring, and coaching Junior Learning Administrators.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Previous team management experience.
  • Problem-solving and business acumen skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for reporting.
  • Very good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Prior experience in HR area.
