Brighten your career with a future-forward role at the intersection of business, finance, and technology. As a Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager I at BNY Mellon, you will be part of a dynamic team that leads and serves customers in a new digital era.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with senior clients and technology teams to resolve problems and identify service improvement areas.
  2. Develop and extend working relationships with key stakeholders to deliver superior service.
  3. Identify areas causing challenges and cooperate with stakeholders to implement changes.
  4. Process foot ledger to subsidiary ledger for all funds and convert onto BNY Mellon's accounting platform.
  5. Standardize client reporting and make necessary data mapping for validation.
  6. Review and improve client instructions with third parties.
  7. Conduct review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Determine net asset value for assigned funds.
  9. Direct processes for completeness and accuracy of disclosure in financial statements.
  10. Contribute to team objectives and lead working relationships with auditors and clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Years of total work experience.
  • Self-motivator with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills with flexibility to support market hours and after-hours work.
  • At least year in management preferred.
