Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional German-speaking customer service representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers across prominent brands like Look Fantastic, My Protein, GlossyBox, and more, you will engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner, providing expert advice tailored to their needs.

Your responsibilities will include serving as the initial contact across multiple customer service platforms, offering expert product advice, and consistently meeting achievable department targets. You will also support customers with diverse queries ranging from skincare routines and makeup tips to nutritional guidance and protein intake.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers across various platforms.
  • Provide expert product advice and solutions while maintaining excellent service quality.
  • Support customers with queries related to skincare, makeup, nutrition, fitness, or other topics.
  • Meet departmental targets and ensure high-quality interactions with every customer.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German.
  • A positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop new skills.
  • A professional, approachable, and dedicated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Fluency in German, both written and spoken.
