We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales and Partnership Development Manager to expand our base of business partners across Poland. In this role, you will play a key part in proactively acquiring small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and empowering them to succeed through our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new business partners: Actively reaching out to potential clients via various channels to identify new opportunities.
  • Presenting Groupon: Showcasing our platform as a unique opportunity to acquire new customers and enhance business visibility.
  • Creating and negotiating offers: Crafting proposals that meet the needs of business partners and Groupon clients.
  • Achieving sales targets: Regularly meeting and exceeding set sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in transactional sales, business development, or client management for SMBs.
  • Proven ability to build strong business relationships and conduct successful negotiations.
  • Experience in independent client acquisition, including cold calling.
  • Fluent in Polish; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Proactive mindset, adaptability, and ability to make quick decisions.
