Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Distributor Success Strategist to join our team in Poland, Czech & Slovak markets.

This role is responsible for adapting global and regional initiatives and developing local projects in close cooperation with local Distributors to ensure Distributors' retention, recruitment, and retail sales for long-term market growth.

The successful candidate will focus on strategic partnerships with Herbalife Leaders to gain support for corporate sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a significant role in creating and implementing sales support promotions and/or events in line with senior management directions and Herbalife global politics.
  • Foster strong relationships and maintain communication with Herbalife Leaders and Distributors throughout the country.
  • Create and implement activities to ensure sales growth.
  • Develop tools to support Distributors' work methods with a special focus on Nutrition Clubs, Weight Loss Marathons, and Herbalife One.
  • Support events and prepare communication materials when needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous 3 years of experience in planning, implementing, and reporting promotions and events activities with proven results.
  • Additional field sales or field training experience, preferred in B2B relations but B2C will be considered as well.
  • Mid-level education or degree level (ideally Business or Sales) or solid commercial education.
  • Native or fluent in Polish, Czech or Slovak and min. B2 English.
  • A background in the MLM industry and ability to work with Distributors.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity.
  • Several years of driving experience - driving license - category B.
  • Flexibility to travel when required - either locally or abroad.
