As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Strategist to drive sales operations and establish key retail partnerships in Poland.

About The Role

The Sales Growth Strategist will play a crucial role in managing and executing our sales and marketing strategy in Poland. This position requires an individual with strong connections in the local retail sector and the ability to build long-term, profitable relationships. The ideal candidate will oversee market operations, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategic actions to enhance revenue and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure our products are widely available, well-positioned, and highly visible in the marketplace while driving sustainable and profitable revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement sales plans aligned with our annual business strategy to increase market share, sales volume, and profitability.
  • Translate our global goals into actionable, localized strategies tailored to the Polish retail landscape.
  • Oversee business operations in Poland, analyzing performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, clients, and business partners to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Plan and manage short, medium, and long-term investments for the Polish market, ensuring expected ROI is achieved.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to our headquarters on market performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements

Profile Requirements

  • A proven track record in a pioneering, independent role, capable of establishing new business operations.
  • Strong connections with key retailers in Poland, with a deep understanding of the local FMCG market.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in the FMCG industry, including at least 5 years in a management role.
  • Fluent in English and Native Polish Speaker (both spoken and written).
  • Strong ability to identify business opportunities and drive market penetration strategies.
  • A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and foresight into potential challenges.
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements, business planning, and performance analysis in Poland.
  • A flexible and independent professional with strong personal integrity and leadership skills.
