About Our Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Partner Development Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving channel sales ideally within the same product category and channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth within assigned channels
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned channel partners
  • Develop and execute marketing and sales plans per channel
  • Lead key business initiatives to gain market share through ALE technology adoption
  • Manage forecasts and accuracy on a weekly basis

Requirements:

  • Experience in driving channel sales ideally within the same product category and channel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with partners
  • Driven, highly motivated, and passionate about sales
