About the Company
GFT Group is a leading technology and consulting firm with a global presence. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to join our team and manage our strategic partnership with a leading global bank.

About the Role
In this role, you will focus on building strong client relationships, expanding the scope of outsourcing services, and ensuring seamless collaboration with internal delivery teams. You will establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and directors at the bank, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. You will also collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional outcomes.

About You
You must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or client engagement, preferably in IT outsourcing or consulting, within the banking and IT sector. Familiarity with financial technology solutions is essential. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will enable you to build relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
