Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Warranty Specialist to join our team. As a Warranty Specialist, you will be responsible for handling warranty claims, coordinating with customers, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the SAP purchasing department to ensure seamless warranty claim processing.
- Verify and register reported defects on completed investments, and coordinate the troubleshooting process.
- Participate in technical inspections of equipment, document findings, and analyze project documentation.
- Prepare correspondence with customers, subcontractors, and investors, and coordinate with the operational department.
- Archive all documentation related to warranty issues and order necessary parts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technical industry.
- Aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and initiative in activities.
- A "can do" attitude and willingness to learn.
- English language proficiency at C1/B2 level.
