What you'll be doing
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in German to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our client valued customers, helping them with inquiries and issues, while promoting their range of products.
How you'll spend your day
- Engage with customers in sales conversations, guiding them through our product portfolio to find the right fit;
- Provide advisory services to ensure customers understand product benefits and features;
- Communicate order status updates, delivery timelines, and general information;
- Handle customer claims and facilitate returns with professionalism and empathy;
- Maintain a patient and charming demeanor, even when working with demanding customers.
You'll be successful if you have
- Fluent in German and good English skills;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- A friendly and patient attitude with the ability to handle tough conversations;
- Prior experience in customer support or a similar role, especially in sales, is a plus;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.

Salary
1200 - 1440 EUR/month gross (before tax) based on your competencies, skills, and experience.
