Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team and assist clients in using our platform. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, good manners, and a professional demeanor. Fluency in Polish, Italian, and English is required, with a minimum B2 level.

Responsibilities
  • Provide online support to our users via email and chat.
  • Occasionally handle customer support calls.
  • Analyze the needs of users to provide tailored assistance.
  • Create and maintain a positive image of the company.
  • Collaborate on internal projects.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good manners and a professional demeanor.
  • Fluency in Polish, Italian, and English (minimum B2 level).
  • Experience in working with clients and an interest in cryptocurrencies are welcome.
