Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist with Greek language skills to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email (both outbound and inbound)
  • Handling sensitive and confidential customer information responsibly
  • Providing proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding customer service
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Fluency in Greek (C1 level) and good command of English (minimum B2 level)
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, tourism, or airline industries is preferred
Work Environment
