About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Customer Support Specialist fluent in Dutch and English to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information related to our services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Multilingual Communication: Utilize proficiency in Dutch and English to assist a diverse customer base.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
  • Education & Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
