About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Guardian Industries. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support across the organization, welcome and greet visitors, and perform front desk activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the finance team
  • Welcome and greet visitors, providing general support and assistance
  • Perform front desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls
  • Manage office supplies and suggest alternatives
  • Ensure professional and customer-driven service to all employees, business partners, and visitors
  • Register invoices in the Coupa system
  • Coordinate language courses
  • Organize and schedule meetings and events

Requirements

  • Some work experience in an administrative or receptionist role is valuable
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Polish (B2)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong customer and safety focus
  • Multitasking
  • Economical thinking
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize
