Industrial Automation Sales Specialist with Italian Language Skills

The role of Industrial Automation Sales Specialist with Italian Language Skills is a key part of this commitment.

As an Industrial Automation Sales Specialist with Italian Language Skills, you will be responsible for selling industrial automation products and services to customers in Italy. This will involve working closely with external sales managers to assist with day-to-day customer service tasks, including maintaining and establishing long-term, positive relationships with customers, remote sales of products and services, and acquiring customers and building business relationships with them.

The role requires a high level of written and spoken Italian, as well as a good command of English, as all systems are in English. You will also need to have internal sales experience, a good knowledge of the MS Office package, and the ability to work under time pressure. You should be able to accurately and quickly respond to customer needs, have an active approach to tasks and people, and be able to work in a team and plan tasks.

You will also need to have a high level of customer service skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

As a Sales Support Professional for Italian-Speaking Customers, you will play a key role in helping Rockwell Automation's customers in Italy achieve their goals. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for working closely with the external sales team to assist with day-to-day sales tasks, including maintaining and establishing long-term relationships with customers and acquiring new customers.
