About the Role

At Capita, we're seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist with German language proficiency to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various channels, including inbound calls and messages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers through different channels, including inbound calls and messages
  • Analyze and resolve customer queries
  • Share information on administrative and technical requests, including products, invoices, and system changes
  • Forward faults or calls to other departments as needed
  • Upsell and promote products to customers
Requirements
  • German language proficiency at C1 level or above
  • English language skills at B1/B2 level (asset)
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Willingness to work in shifts, 5 days a week, 40 hours (7am-10pm, Monday-Sunday)
  • Willingness to work on a mandate contract for a period of two weeks, followed by an employment contract for an indefinite period
