Your Role:

As a detail-oriented Payroll and Time Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing payroll data accuracy and processing in time and attendance systems. You'll ensure the integrity of payroll data, answer employee queries, and collaborate with HR, IT, and external stakeholders.

In this role, you'll drive process improvements, support audits, and mentor new team members during their onboarding process. This position offers opportunities for growth, and you'll play a key role in optimizing payroll operations and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR Shared Service Centre, preferably with German payroll knowledge.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP HR and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Understanding of payroll processes, with a focus on time and attendance and German labor law.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills in an international environment.
