Job Description
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing for employees across multiple countries and legal entities.
  • Coordinate with payroll specialists to execute and oversee the entire payroll process.
  • Advise Country Managers and HR Business Partners on all tax matters related to payroll.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll processing and compliance.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years' experience in human resources, payroll, or accounting for a multinational corporation.
  • 2-3 years of experience managing people.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluent in English.
