Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Lead to join our team at Grand Parade. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects and products, ensuring they meet user needs and drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Break down concepts into milestones with the team, ensuring clarity and alignment with the project roadmap.
  • Promote agile methodologies, facilitating short, iterative development cycles, and ensuring teams deliver functional features frequently and gather valuable user feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with various teams to ensure smooth integration and communication throughout the delivery process.
  • Embrace change, navigate unexpected roadblocks, adjust priorities as needed, and ensure teams adapt to evolving requirements or technical complexities.
  • Deliver assigned projects or product features, monitoring progress, handling risks, and meeting deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
  • Act as an essential point of communication between teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Considerable understanding of agile methodologies and standards to aid the effective delivery of our projects and products.
  • Good planning, scheduling, dependency, and risk management skills to keep projects on track.
  • Solid understanding of the development process and various SDLC/PDLC processes. An understanding of JIRA would be beneficial.
  • Clear communication with teams, stakeholders, and clients, which is essential to ensure alignment and guide expectations.
