We are seeking a Corporate Sustainability Professional to join our team and support the implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in audit, accounting & reporting or consultancy and possess excellent data analysis skills.

The role involves ensuring controls are designed and implemented in line with policies and procedures, planning and performing control monitoring activities, and advising process teams on remediation plans. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for control improvements and support risk identification, assessment, and response.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, implementing, and operating controls in line with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Planning and performing control monitoring activities as per ICFR instructions.
  • Advising process teams on creating and implementing action plans to remediate control deficiencies.
  • Identifying opportunities for control and control framework improvements.
  • Supporting improvement projects using a Risk-Based Approach concept.

You are a good candidate if you have:

  • A university degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 5 - 10 years of work experience in an international company, preferably in audit, accounting & reporting or consultancy.
  • Skills in high-quality and accuracy of data analysis, structured and committed to deliver results.
  • Ability to work on a variety of topics to support work across the team.
  • An improvement mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision and excellent Excel skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication skills, skilled in stakeholder management and building relationships.
