Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and optimize integration processes between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM on-premises and other applications.
- Provide guidance and support in implementing common integration scenarios within the Human Capital Management (HCM) landscape.
- Be responsible for the design, optimization, and associated integration processes.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis in the operations of SAP integration solutions.
- Ensure consistent processes across solutions from a technical perspective.
- Proven experience and good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, BTP, SAP CPI (Cloud Process Integration), ABAP (OO).
- Familiarity with the data models of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors HCM.
- Knowledge of Business Integration Builder and ability to configure the mapping of organizational objects and personnel master data.
- Understanding of SAP Integration Suite within prepackaged integration content.
- Knowledge in ABAP OO and implementation of BAdls.
- Familiarity with designing, deploying, and running cloud integrations (SAP CPI scenarios).
- Excellent English skills.
- Good functional knowledge of various modules within the SAP HCM system.
- Collaboration with HR System Integration Architect.
