Organizational Lifecycle Administrator

We expect our ideal candidate to possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities. The successful applicant will have a university degree and at least two years of experience in a similar role within a multinational organization. Additionally, they should have hands-on experience in SAP HR and demonstrate proficiency in administrative tasks.
Main Job Responsibilities- Manage organizational data and employee lifecycle events accurately in SAP HR and local systems;
- Prepare customized contractual agreements and letters based on established templates;
- Handle employee data-related queries and update relevant records as needed;
- Provide both routine and complex administrative services;
- Conduct thorough data quality checks and maintain precise records;
- Generate reports upon request;
- Identify areas for process improvement;
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required;
- Cultivate close working relationships with regional HR Business Partners;
- Ensure timely readiness of payroll data.
