Job Title: Technical Support Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Team Lead to join our team at Iron Systems. As a Technical Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of 20 to 30 agents, ensuring that the Service Desk team performs and adheres to standards of excellence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of technical support agents to ensure excellent customer service and technical support.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues and problems, and provide timely and accurate solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and track team performance, and provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in managing a team of technical support agents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide timely and accurate solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
