Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled System & Software Quality Engineer to join our team at Valeo Wiper Systems Plant in Skawina. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software and systems development processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing software and system development processes according to Automotive SPICE norms and reporting on their status
  • Monitoring project improvement plans and tracking issues until closure
  • Creating Software & System Quality Assurance Plans and Strategies in collaboration with project contributors
  • Cooperating with R&D and software development departments
  • Analyzing and applying Customer Specific Software Quality Requirements into projects
  • Preparing project documentation and project teams for internal and customer audits, managing project improvement plans
  • Being a single point of contact for customer software quality relevant issues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Engineering/Master Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Quality or similar
  • At least 3 years of experience working in the automotive industry/IT
  • Job background in projects and software development
  • Work experience as Software Quality Engineer, practical ability to perform ASPICE audits and SW Release audits
  • Advanced command of English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work autonomously
  • Very good knowledge of Automotive SPICE including level 3 requirements
