Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled System and Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Valeo Wiper Systems in Skawina. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our software and system development processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and report on the status of software and system development processes according to Automotive SPICE norms.
  • Monitor and track project improvement plans to ensure timely closure of issues.
  • Develop and implement Software and System Quality Assurance Plans and Strategies in collaboration with project contributors.
  • Collaborate with R&D and software development departments to ensure seamless integration of quality assurance processes.
  • Analyze and apply Customer Specific Software Quality Requirements to projects.
  • Prepare project documentation and teams for internal and customer audits, managing project improvement plans.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for customer software quality-related issues.
Requirements
  • Engineering or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Quality, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry or IT, with a background in projects and software development.
  • Proven experience as a Software Quality Engineer, with practical ability to perform ASPICE audits and SW Release audits.
  • Advanced command of English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent knowledge of Automotive SPICE, including level 3 requirements.
