Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Test and Validation Design Leader to join our team at Valeo Wiper Systems in Skawina. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the product test strategy based on customer and Valeo standards specifications and risk analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product test strategies to ensure compliance with customer and Valeo standards.
  • Support project teams in CM, STR, and risk analysis from the project acquisition phase.
  • Document design validation plans for arms, blades, linkages, and motors based on defined test strategies.
  • Plan and quote all necessary actions to run the DV, including number of parts, jigs, subcomponents, headcount, test bench costs, and potential external test costs.
  • Ensure validation conditions and planning feasibility are within project commitments.
  • Coordinate validation activities with various laboratories involved.
  • Report issues and progress through DV&R plans and STR updates.
  • Report project validation risks to the R&D PTM and laboratory manager in the DV phase.
Requirements
  • Engineers or masters degree in electronics, automatics, mechatronics, or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in similar positions. Software validation experience is an asset.
  • Fluent English and Polish.
  • Management skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and work in a fast-paced environment.
