Job Title: Engineering Test&Validation Engineer

Valeo, a leading global technology company, is seeking an experienced Engineering Test&Validation Engineer to join our team in Skawina. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute design validation plans and product validation plans to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Conduct tests of products and their components in the development phase and serial production preparation phase, following the validation plans.
  • Coordinate tests at external suppliers and support tests at customer sites.
  • Collaborate with project teams for product or design validation, preparation, and execution.
  • Identify and propose technical improvements for products in case of technical issues.
  • Develop and implement new laboratory methods, equipment, and testing procedures.
  • Perform tests according to customer requests.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure its proper functioning.
Requirements:
  • Engineering degree in mechanics, electronics, or mechatronics.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in automotive or laboratory, with a focus on electric motors or software testing.
  • Fluent level of English, with the ability to understand and communicate technical issues.
  • Knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as LabView, CANoe, and Catia.
  • Understanding of quality systems and tools, including MSA, PDCA, and SPC.
  • Excellent work organization, precision, problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking ability.
