Project Manager

Valeo, a leading global technology company, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join its team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from RFQ to PRCL, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery
  • Oversee product design, development, modification, industrialization, and final validation
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency
  • Coordinate project timing, ensuring alignment with customer expectations
  • Lead multi-department project teams, fostering collaboration and communication
  • Report project status to relevant committees, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Represent the project and company in front of customers, building strong relationships
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and report KPIs, identifying areas for improvement
  • Manage risks, ensuring proactive mitigation and resolution

Requirements:

  • Technical education - Master of Science or Engineer
  • 3 years of experience in a similar position in the automotive industry
  • PMI or IPMA certification is an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of English for day-to-day communication
  • Computer literacy - Windows, Office, SAP, MS Project
  • Quality systems and tools - PDCA, FMEA, APQP
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team spirit and team building
  • Able to work under heavy workload and time pressure
