We are seeking a skilled Treasury Operations Specialist to join our team at TN Poland.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the success of our organisation by assisting in the day-to-day EMEA cash management operations and treasury processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the Treasury Manager with EMEA cash management, including cash position and reconciliation, short-term forecasts, and funds request process execution.
- Administer bank accounts across multiple banking platforms and Kyriba Treasury Management system, manage user setup, training, and Bank mandates.
- Verify Anti-Money Laundering requirements for all countries in scope, manage bank account opening/closure, and ensure compliance with different regulations.
- Manage the FBAR reporting process.
- Optimise liquidity through modern payments processes.
- Enhance controls throughout the process.
- Support auditors and business with audit processes.
- Apply Principled-Based Management (PBM) culture within the treasury team.
- Build strong relationships with internal customers and outside counterparties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
- One to five years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, or similar.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with Kyriba Treasury Management System.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prioritise based on value-add, both monetary and time-saving.
- Basic understanding of FX risk management.
