- Knowledge of MS Windows 10, MS Windows 11, MS Office, and OS X
- Understanding of MS Windows Server administration
- Proficiency in Linux-like system administration
- Ability to configure workstation hardware and peripheral devices
- Strong troubleshooting and technical issue-resolution skills
- Organizational skills for managing tasks using checklists
- Installation and configuration of workstation software as part of the hiring procedure or by individual user request
- Serving as an escalation point for related issues and providing advisory and issue-resolving services
- Managing technical fault analysis and troubleshooting, detecting root causes of problems, and making decisions for their resolution
- Tracking tickets to closure or escalating them to an L3 engineer if additional advisory is required
- Performing workstation hardware and peripheral device maintenance
- Installing and configuring workstation hardware on demand for hiring or relocation requests and uninstalling it in case of dismissal
- Cooperating with service centers, vendors, and suppliers for hardware device repair services
- Ensuring logistics for transporting hardware devices between company offices, service centers, vendors, and suppliers
