In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of human-technology interaction by supporting the development and deployment of large language models (LLMs) across all of our businesses.

As a Senior Data Associate, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality labelled data, meeting our rigorous KPIs.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy AI-powered solutions.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of data annotation workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain in-house tools and software to support data annotation processes.
  • Participate in training and knowledge-sharing activities to improve your skills and expertise.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and data science.

Requirements:

  • Fluent proficiency in one of the following languages: Italian, German, or French.
  • Business proficiency in English.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
