About the Job

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales efforts, supporting financial sustainability, and developing strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the sales team in acquiring sponsors, advertisers, and elite group members.
  2. Develop persuasive sales strategies and presentations.
  3. Negotiate and secure sponsorships and advertising deals.
  4. Build relationships with existing and potential sponsors, partners, VIPs, and influencers.
  5. Manage the VIP zone and elite group during matchdays.
  6. Oversee sponsor contracts, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
  7. Support the Sales, Marketing, and Communication team.
  8. Manage departmental costs, productivity, velocity, efficiency, and budget.
  9. Handle public relations, information output, and media requests.
  10. Promote strategic sponsors and publish attractive content.
  11. Collaborate with the graphic and video team.
  12. Resolve problems and manage crisis communication.
  13. Support the Administration Department.
  14. Assist with merchandising sales.
  15. Develop marketing strategies and promotion plans.
  16. Ensure efficient customer service and maximize customer satisfaction.
