At TN Poland, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
You will be expected to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts. This will involve creating a strategy for the Polish market and proactively leading a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
A successful candidate should have a degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field, along with proven sales experience in the FMCG industry and excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
