We're seeking an HR Administration Expert to join our team at Pyszne. In this role, you will be responsible for advising on HR policy, such as Paternity, Maternity, Shared Parental Leave and Flexible Working applications, Absence and Payroll.

You will also be part of the People Services Contact Centre, which is a critical component of our HR function, ensuring that all employee-related queries are handled promptly and professionally. As a key member of this team, you will establish strong relationships with colleagues and managers, provide accurate and timely customer service, and resolve HR transactions and administration within agreed service levels.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, minimum one year of experience in HR administration, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2). Polish language proficiency is also desirable.
