The Opportunity

This role is a key contributor to the overall commercial effort for the Heart Failure portfolio, responsible for developing and executing strategic and tactical marketing plans for assigned product lines. The successful candidate will lead product launches, product management, increase market access/reimbursement, co-develop with sales leaders growth strategies, and collaborate with sales/marketing and other cross-functional teams on various initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing plans for assigned product lines, resulting in annual and mid-term growth plans.
  • Lead accurate market share reporting and collaborate with sales leaders on necessary actions.
  • Develop sales enablement tools and support the sales team in executing programs and strategies.
  • Participate in HF management team activities, including planning, budgeting, and team development.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree (in science-related field preferred)
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in Medical Sales in a complex matrix environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of heart failure therapies in medical devices or pharma.
  • Native Polish and Fluent English
  • Proven track record of delivering valuable projects and activities.
