As an Account Manager for Renal Replacement Therapy, you will become part of a community of people who are focused, courageous and driven to make a difference. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers in Lódzkie, Mazowieckie.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets set in the annual plan by providing market information and developing in-depth market knowledge of demographics and hospital care market information for assigned sales territory.
  • Conduct training for medical personnel and end users on the full range of products, including renal replacement therapy devices.
  • Identify additional business opportunities and develop portfolio development strategies with a focus on local and regional level to defend and expand the product portfolio.
  • Monitor product sales and work closely with marketing, customer service and customer operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in regional and local conferences to promote Baxter's products and services.

Requirements:

  • Communication skills - Strong written and oral communication skills to promote the free flow of information within the organization.
  • Customer focus - Maintain effective relationships with customers and earn their trust and respect.
  • Passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Location - Warsaw or immediate vicinity.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business.
  • Basic English communication skills in speaking, reading and writing.
  • Ability to work independently and determination to succeed.
  • Product knowledge - knowledge of renal replacement therapy products and medical devices used in hospital wards is an added advantage.
