We are expanding our Global sales team and looking for a Presales Specialist to provide critical support in the closure of new business by demo scenarios designing, demo set-up, and customization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales and solution consultants to understand customer challenges, workflows, and business goals.
  • Design and configure customized demo flows that reflect real-world use cases relevant to the customer's industry and needs.
  • Set up tailored demo instances using low-code/no-code tools and customize UI, business processes, analytics, etc. to align with customer needs.
  • Ensure demo data, automation, and UI components create a realistic user experience.
  • Develop reusable demo components, templates, and workflows to streamline future presentations.
  • Support the setup and configuration of PoC environments where customers can test-drive the product.
  • Ensure PoC aligns with customer success criteria and technical requirements.
  • Provide technical input for request for proposals (RFPs) and customer questionnaires.
  • Collaborate with product and solution consultancy teams to refine demo capabilities and address customer concerns.
