Responsibilities:
  • Foster a positive work environment by developing and implementing CSR initiatives that align with our business objectives;
  • Proactively assist employees at the reception area, providing exceptional customer service;
  • Efficiently coordinate meeting room bookings and manage event logistics;
  • Schedule and oversee the procurement, delivery, and maintenance of employee welfare items;
  • Process purchase orders and requests promptly;
  • Offer expert support at the Employee Service Center, addressing employee queries and concerns;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, ensuring seamless supply chain management;
  • Manage office supplies inventory, collaborate with suppliers, and ensure timely restocking;
  • Update company databases, policies, and procedures with accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Prioritize administrative projects and contribute to their successful completion;
  • Cordinate office services, including food, cleaning, plant care, and maintenance;
  • Translate and retro-version office documents in Polish, English, and Russian with precision;
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Legal, IT, and Security departments to prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
