Job Description

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Digital Commerce Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Digital Commerce team, you will play a critical role in driving PepsiCo product sales using digital tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and analyze sell-in and sell-out data to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Extract clear insights from data and share them with stakeholders to drive growth.
  • Oversight of retail media budgets and optimization of client budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Team budget management, including purchase orders and invoice settlements.
  • Strategy development for Perfect Store e-Commerce, focusing on e-Grocery, Pure-Players, and q-Commerce clients.
  • Optimization of PepsiCo's Perfect eStore operations, including content quality, marketing descriptions, and product availability.
  • Collaboration with marketing teams to ensure best-in-class digital product content.
  • Trend monitoring and sharing insights on PepsiCo and competitor digital activities.
Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in large dataset analysis.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI for data consolidation and presentation preparation.
  • English and Polish fluency for effective communication.
  • Budget management expertise with financial oversight in monthly cycles.
  • Familiarity with online tools for tracking and monitoring, such as Brand Bank, Quantia, Google Analytics.
  • Collaboration and communication skills for working closely with marketing teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Project and process management skills for timely execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in media agencies, data analysis, or e-Commerce industries.
