TN Poland is seeking a talented Talent Development Specialist to join our enthusiastic and dynamically growing team.

As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and abilities of our project teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Assisting managers with performance reviews and feedback discussions
  2. Guiding project teams in setting goals and developing Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
  3. Supporting succession planning and career progression frameworks
  4. Overseeing internal transfers to ensure seamless transitions within the company

You will also be responsible for collaborating with managers and the L&D team to identify skill gaps and provide training programs, and monitoring project team satisfaction and addressing any concerns or conflicts that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have 1.5+ years of experience in HR, People Partner, or a similar role, and strong knowledge of onboarding, performance management, and talent lifecycle.

The ability to build strong relationships at all levels and a proactive approach to work are essential for this role.
