Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will work closely with our L2 Factory Automation team to provide support for issue resolutions.
The successful candidate will have strong IT/OT experience and technical background, as well as factory environment experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support our L2 Factory Automation team with extra resources/capacity to ensure that we can handle all incoming incidents and service requests within SLA.
- Work closely together with several L3 teams to ensure fast resolution and that the L3 teams deliver within agreed OLA's.
- Setup of monitoring and monitoring of OLA's, so that status can be reported monthly.
- Support our Manager of the Factory Automation team, with coordination and project management of above activities and any new that will be coming.
